Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process & Costs
We will provide the correct return address once your return request is approved. Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. No Exchanges
